1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”, or “player”) and Victory Lineup Private Limited (“Victory Lineup”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of our Platform, including the website and any related features, services, or applications operated under the domain victorylineup.com.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform – Free-to-Play Game of Skill

Victory Lineup is a free-to-play Daily Fantasy Sports platform focused primarily on cricket. The Platform allows users to create virtual fantasy teams composed of real-world players and to participate in fantasy sports contests linked to real cricket matches.

Importantly, Victory Lineup is designed and operated as a free-to-play game of skill:

• No deposits: Users cannot deposit or load money into a Victory Lineup account.
• No entry fees: Users are not charged any entry fee or participation fee to join contests.
• No cash prizes: The Platform does not award cash or items of real-world monetary value.
• Virtual recognition only: Any rankings, badges, achievements, or leaderboards exist solely for entertainment, learning, and recognition within the Platform.

All fantasy contests on Victory Lineup are intended to rely predominantly on the users’ knowledge of cricket, analysis of form and match conditions, and strategic team selection. While chance (such as unpredictable real-world events) may influence outcomes to some extent, success on the Platform primarily depends on skill and judgment.

3. Eligibility to Use the Platform

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of India and physically located in a state where access to this Platform is not restricted.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any of the following restricted states in India: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, or Sikkim.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.

If you are located in, or a resident of, any restricted state, you must not create an account, log in, or participate in contests on Victory Lineup. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Victory Lineup reserves the right to refuse access to, or suspend or terminate accounts from, users who appear to be ineligible or in violation of these eligibility criteria.

4. Account Registration & Security

To participate in contests or access certain features, you must create an account on the Platform. When you register:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (such as name, email, date of birth, and state).
• You agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
• You must create a secure password and keep your login credentials confidential.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us promptly at support@victorylineup.com.

Victory Lineup may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised, inactive for extended periods, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Free-to-Play Contests & No Monetary Transactions

Victory Lineup operates exclusively as a free-to-play platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will never be asked to deposit money or add funds to a Victory Lineup account in order to join a contest.
• You will never be charged an entry fee to participate in any contest on the Platform.
• You will not receive money, currency, or items of real-world monetary value from the Platform.
• Any virtual achievements (such as ranks, badges, or leaderboards) are non-transferable and have no cash value.

If you receive any communication (email, message, or call) claiming to represent Victory Lineup and requesting payments, deposits, or fees of any kind, you should treat it as suspicious and contact us immediately at the official support email address listed on our website.

6. Game of Skill – No Gambling or Real Money Gaming

Victory Lineup contests are designed as games of skill, where success depends primarily on users’ knowledge of cricket, ability to interpret statistics and match conditions, and strategic team selection. While real-world events may involve elements of chance, outcomes on the Platform are not determined by random mechanisms such as lotteries or spins.

The Platform does not:

• Accept bets or wagers on uncertain outcomes for money.
• Offer or facilitate real money gaming (RMG) or gambling services.
• Provide any casino-style games or chance-based betting mechanisms.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are participating in a free, skill-based fantasy sports experience and not in gambling or wagering.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform in a fair, respectful, and lawful manner. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• Create multiple accounts or attempt to gain unfair advantage by using duplicate profiles or false information.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other means to manipulate contests or gain unauthorized access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform, including attempts to hack, probe, or overload the system.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or otherwise harm other users through messages, usernames, or content.
• Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Victory Lineup reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate suspected violations, remove content, and suspend or permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

8. Fair Play, Anti-Fraud Measures & Enforcement

To maintain the integrity of contests and leaderboards, Victory Lineup follows a strict Fair Play Policy. We may use technical and manual checks to detect unusual or suspicious patterns, including but not limited to:

• Multiple accounts controlled by the same individual.
• Automated entry or participation via bots or scripts.
• Coordinated behaviour designed to manipulate rankings or contest outcomes.

If we believe that a user has engaged in unfair or fraudulent conduct, we may take appropriate actions, including warning the user, canceling contest entries, limiting access, or permanently banning the account.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content and materials on the Platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface elements, software code, and design – are the property of Victory Lineup Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform’s content, except as allowed by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Use the Victory Lineup name, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Victory Lineup respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, such as account details, contest participation data, and technical logs. We do not store payment information for contest participation because the Platform does not accept payments for entry or prizes.

11. Responsible Play & User Wellbeing

Even though Victory Lineup is free-to-play, we consider responsible use to be important. Fantasy sports should remain a healthy and enjoyable part of your life, not a source of stress or compulsion.

We encourage you to:

• Set reasonable time limits for engaging with the Platform.
• Prioritise work, study, family, and health over gaming.
• Take breaks if you feel you are playing too frequently.
• Contact us if you wish to deactivate or close your account.

The Platform may also contain links to websites or services not operated by Victory Lineup. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these third parties. Accessing external sites is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victory Lineup disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Any warranty regarding uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of content, data, or results obtained through the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and usage habits are suitable for accessing the Platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Victory Lineup Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, Victory Lineup’s total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to the Platform shall not exceed an amount equivalent to the fees (if any) paid by you to Victory Lineup for the specific service giving rise to such liability; provided that, in the case of Victory Lineup’s free-to-play fantasy contests, such amount will generally be zero.

15. Modifications, Suspension & Termination

Victory Lineup reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:

• You violate these Terms or other policies referenced herein.
• We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity linked to your account.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform and these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
